Regarding the pr....

I am disappointed that they don't mention Kurt's involvement in Sandfield. Oh well. Time will tell how this all turns out.

This is not such a bad deal, if you take into account that right now this sector is stuck in the mud. Most funding has dried up and there are not that many joint ventures going on right now, there are however many takeovers of the juniors by the vultures and their main purpose is to take the property and leave the shareholders with bags of hot air. There is much more to come over the next season if it does not turn around.
OK so they gave up 70%, but they have cash in hand to keep the lights on and they have a promise of more cash, shares and work commitment. Maybe the market does not understand it but I do, if the drill program hits this is a whole new company, with cash in the bank.
The hared part for investors to figure out is 'what is the value of the vend in shares?' Yes that is an unknown but drill results will hopefully take care of that equation.

Money and shares is not such a bad deal for an undiscovered property in this market.

You said exactly what I was thinking. Only way for CNYC to go was up. It had gone down so far that there wasn't much room left to fall. So, let's see what happens now. I was hoping for a complete sale of the entire property. Both properties. Everything that CNYC owned or had claims on.

I would think that they could have made a pretty good deal with a mid level company for cash or shares, or both.

This company will show you what a penny stock really is. One cent!
