Even though I want this company to succeed, I have to admit their PR's are always less than desirable...
(a)paying Canyon $125,000 on TSX Venture Exchange approval of the Agreement;
CNC - Will get $125,000 if the TSX approves the agreement. I heard this is just a formality... That it will happen.
(b)issuing Canyon 500,000 common shares on the date Sandfield lists its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange;
CNC - Will get 500,000 Sandfield shares. When will they be listed? What if they don't get approved for the TSX? If they do get listed what will the share price likely be? .05, .10, .15, etc...
(c) incurring $100,000 of exploration expenditures on or before May 31, 2013;
If they do any work on the property, who actually believes it will be before May 31? The company has proven time and time again they can't do anything on time.
I like the news, just don't like that the JV partner. Hope they prove me wrong. Like I said, I want them to succeed... I really want to hear that they are going to start working on the property...
