Tethered aerostats are also valuable for traffic control at large events with the right gyro-stabilized ISR. IMO this is why the BiB TradeMark name is really smart. DoD likes names like Argus and Skyhook--but Blimp in a Box(TM) makes sense to a wider corporate/commercial market IMO. Probably some opportunity for lease/contract work as well IMO. Still a uphill climb but it is nice to have picked a good path for your ascent IMO. Thanks for all you do! IndyJonesOhio

Yep Nil, I wonder if they ever did actually make that work back in 2010 the date of your link? Any follow up to that, I wonder?
This year's Superbowl is inside the DOME in New Orleans, so maybe when they get, back to Miami/California stadiums that are actually outside in the open sky, we could be there?

Update:
No BiB at the 24hr race (that I could see). I did not realize how close the airport is to the track. I dont think it would have been prudent.
