Spybot: Have you tried changing the download location? It worked for me. However, EWIDO seems to trump all the other programs I have tried.

No, Spybot is OK, you just have to try a different server. Try one of them listed in the tab next to "Search for Updates." You might have to try a couple of them, but you'll get it to download eventually.

newly, 'bad checksum' happens to me, too. I simply try another download site. It does happen far too often, though.
