When James Valentino talked to me in 2009 he said that GFCI was one of 43 "entities" that were subjects in the same investigation. One more just bit the dust.
Ref my previous post. I didn't get a DOJ letter today. I'd like to think that means that my claim wasn't challegeneged. But we have no assurnce the letters were sent on Tuesday.
In 2011 the DOJ sent out a notice that there would be a retitution hearing in Houston. They gave a date, time & Courtroom number. A month or so later I asked Kesha what happened at the hearing. She said it had been cancelled.
No notice. Victims could have showe up for the cancelled meeting.
When I told my daughter about the Challenge letters that were to be sent I said to her.
"If the DOJ know who's claims have been challenged, the Government knows who's claims have not been challenged. The right thing to do would be to notify people that their claims had not been challenged"
SShe said "Dad, do you realize you just posed an oxymoron? You said Government and Do Tne Right Thing in the same breath"
MMy daughter is smarter than I am. I'm the one that put her on to GFCI.
