I can't find a payload for the new BiB configuration. Just remember, for tethered aerostats, payload diminishes with altitude due to tether weight. I don't personally think the BiB can lift this system unless miniaturized. If I had to guess payload for the new configuration, I would guess <20 pounds. Good exercise, IJO
