Kinross put their denial in a press release AND they filed it with the SEC in a FORM 6. There is no need to do anything further. the SEC can handle it from here. If anyone sues anyone - it will be Kinross suing SRGE for their continued abuse of their name.

Gold prices are dropping. No need to read anything more into the pps drop for Kinross.

Perhaps whoever wrote that press release put it out on a different wire service Kinross hasn't even seen it yet. Did it show up under THEIR news? No - if you noticed the author of that PR did NOT use the symbol for Kinross or even the name Kinross- so it wouldn't be so noticeable.

Notice how the first one announcing their was a deal appeared under the Kinross news but this last one didn't:

Where do you get that? KGC has strongly denied any deal with SRGE and now SRGE actualy admits there is and will not be a deal with KGC.

Seems KGC no longer disputes the fact that SRGE has signed agreements!

Why not talk about facts? I guess becasue there are no verifiable facts with SRGE.

No real Executive Bio's only plagurized Bio's from other mining companies
No (unpaid) verifiable third party proof of mining concessions.
No verifiable proof of any negotiations - ever.
No financing deal.
No second dividend payment.
No Audited Financials
