Thats because

They have better backgrounds and Props then we do ours suck and why should we have to buy all props out of our own pocket, sorry not paid enough.

After someone spends $200, I get "ya know, if I knew I was gonna spend this much I would've just gone to Sears! No, never mind, I'm sure I would've spent $500 to get this much stuff there!"

I am not at all surprised by the "I'll just got to Sears", I've heard it many many times, and when I hear it I respond with, "that's my sister studio:)" For some reason the name Sears has given that brand more prestige, people don't automatically know that it's the same company because the sign says Sears. Educate them, tell them you are owned by the same company, that Walmart does not own your studio! When people think of Walmart, they think low prices, so when they hear us say $349.99 they're butts clench. I agree that the prices are and have been too high and the collections include stuff that not all of the customers want! Lets just say that our marketing team has missed the mark, yet again!
