I havent heard that line. I hear...I wasnt expecting so many choices and so many poses. Then the tears start because they had not planned to spend more than the advertised 9.99. Then I go through every collection and discount possible to find something they can afford. I dont let anyone leave thinking some other company even my sister company has anything better than I do. If you believe clientsvwill if you dont they go elsewhere. I am a studio manager not a stockholder. I am frustrated but I do believe in what we stand for. I just want an honest answer as to the plans for all of us and getting our customers what they have paid for. Dialog. Thats all I want.
