Since it seems that company insiders are on this board, my question to you is, "Is the past still not relevant?" You obviously see how no one believes anything the company puts out. What's that going to do to the overall plan? I am sure the brain trust calculated building the PPS before funding news was to be announced, but at this rate it won't happen. I could have told you this would be the case, but what do I know.
