I thought I heard thousands of times that my statistics don't apply because "this case is different" ????

I prefer reality. Over 97% of SEC cases never go to trial and are settled for small fines.
"The majority of public company misstatement cases settle for less than 1% of market capitalization." "The average time from the investigation announcement to the settlement for these 181 companies was 2.3 years." http://www.dandodiary.com/tags/securities-class-action-litiga
There's been zero material court pacer updates in over 9 months. That doesn't sound like trial preparation to me.
ROFL! Got a link to this "mythical" DOJ case?....cause i sure can't find one.....the 2 "looming" cases are DOA with no fraud since it's the basis of the suit....those will circle the bowl just the like this SEC case did that was supposed to "destroy" JBI with massive fines, bans, and disgorgements.....that's a baloney sandwich if i've ever seen one.....just baloneyin'
