I recall hearing about this one percent business thousands of times, as mere assertion.

I also recall being polled for how much the fines would be, to which I never responded, so I don't know where you're going with this?

I am aware of what a straw man argument is however.

JBII is in rough shape. JBI indicated that they would vigorously fight these allegations, but instead they settled, and Bordynuik is barred for 5 years.

Now the Class Action lawsuit and derivative lawsuit have the weight of the SEC case, to bolster their own cases respectfully. The pain is just beginning, certainly not ending, for longs.
