So BMSN posted on December 31st 2012 that they would NOT
be able to meet the January 15th deadline to file the 10-k report.
Ok, so like BMSN could have just strung us along if all they
wanted to do was dump shares and kept quiet about it until the
15th when they were required to file something and then all
of a sudden said oh we don't have a report ready BUT...BUT
here's a bunch more diluted shares to buy if you like!
If that was their motive, then why even say over 2 weeks prior to the deadline that they were going to be late if they didn't have something in the works here?
None of it would have been necessary to say if all they wanted to do was dilute their stOck and kept quiet about it. They had 15 days after that announcement to just be quiet! The fact that they even kept us up to date about the filing speaks volumes in itself! Sounds like to me the SEC already has sufficient information about the operations of BMSN to allow them NOT to be labeled with an "E" attached to their symbol for starters among other things which we will soon find out!
Sorry but it just doesn't add up to me if all their motives were were to dump shares over that time period.
Then why bother to say anything at all?
They told us IN ADVANCE they were going to be late and they didn't lie about that. Some here actually either didn't expect that, forgot they said it, or simply was NOT paying attention! If you're going to be that reckless with your investment money, go to a casino then.
Either MOST SCAMMERS NEVER SAY ANYTHING or they put out fluff PRs and then they just keep diluting. They take the money and then say: SO LONG SUCKASSSS!!!
But it doesn't appear to me in the least bit that is what we have here.
That's just the way I see it IMO. But in the meantime...
