I just stated that the rally is meaningless if we don't break and stay above .09, so we agree on that point.

But it's not charting, as I've written in past postings. It's wave theory based on normal and expected changes in human emotion that can almost always be easily seen in volume changes. Actually, the changes can be seen in everything from tulip mania in the 16th century to the housing market to the gold market and more. We saw elevated levels of volume around these levels on the way down, and we must see elevated volume to break thru them on the way up.
