Look at the 1 year chart: low in .0025 range; run; drop; new low in .0035 range; run; drop; new low in .005 range; run; drop; new low in .008 range... higher highs and higher lows - uninterrupted.

If filings come curent and revenues get verified, 10 cents will come very, very fast.imo
