If Rik is able to bring ANTS current and announce a nice deal for the ADS - even if all the technical work is outsourced (to someone like 4J's) - then ANTs will break through to a 52-week high that same day. We are the ones taking the risk holding this stock now when there is little to no concrete information... that is why longs buying shares at this level will reap the biggest rewards... precisely because we are the ones taking the huge risk.

Like i've said before... either a homerun or a strikeout - no middle ground. Either we get hosed with BK or this company becomes a legendary turnaround.

...but what would the BK accomplish for Rik? for the shareholders who back him? for the shareholders who brought in Frank and thereby Rik? would it offer any restructuring that could be of benefit to the parties in control here?

No. No it would not. In fact, if there was no significant motivation to turn this stock around... then why wouldn't Rik have just created a new company - a private company - and forged an alliance with 4J's to partner in the resurrection of the ADS?

Logic and reason say that there is more value to ANTS than meets the eye.
