I desperately don't want to get into this now but I really don't understand how you can state that they won't be using shares for financing based on that statement made in the PR.
"Financing" is a general term that covers a number of things. They won't be selling shares when he says he is going to use "non-dilutive" means to finance the company. Right now they are just speaking in general terms. They haven't even announced a ratio for the merger. I just don't see how you can put this out there as fact based on what was said in the PR.
