I believe i have the right to interpret it the way I see it. If you do not agree that is fine. I am not gonna argue....but yes I still stick by what I said based on the sentence construction. When a company says financing thats what it means.... When they say "raising capital" that means selling shares. Thats what its been for as long as i know it........
