In September, 2008 WaMu was over a 300 billion dollar organization. Think about that factual statement. They will only show you what they have to as far as tax attributes. We have no way of using them now, so they will not show us and they may wait to get an offical ruling from the IRS so they do not have to show us now.
Six billion dollars in total tax attribute is MORE THAN BOGUS but technically legal for them to say since we do not have a business to use them at this time. Trust me, more tax attributes WILL come out in time!!!
