I'm still of the opinion that it's going to take a change in the share structure somehow. Either a forward split or creating a new class of shares or something. I'm not certain, but I think if they sold a new class of shares on the open market the owners of the old ones might be entitled to a dividend, so they aren't adversely effected by dilution.
