I believe it was a no decision at this time, otherwise would have been NME for 3 years

I don't think they will hand down a decision til March! sNDA filing I suspect they need to a second indication to qualify. I read this from someone who researched the NCE rerquirments.

I am guessing so far it seems to be playing this way. Otherwise they would have said no already!

It just does not make sense to delay a no decision this long!
