This of course is a possibility, and one that I'm sure many here had in the back of their minds but tried not to think about. To this I would say we need to collectively investigate Design 1st, UL and Intertek (most importantly Intertek) to determine validity of their working relationships. How about it Sunspotter? With all your knowledge and contacts, how about confirming one way or the other if the company is working with Intertek on testing a product/technology?

That is a very likely scenario/theory on WDRP.

but because of the eyes of the SEC and or AMF on them, they are giving us the impression they're trying but failing and ultimately setting the stage to announce "we tried but failed due to ______ reasons"
