Hang in there Snup. I too, am down 50% on paper. So are many other Elite faithful. But you only lose if you SELL low. This stock WILL soar one day and you will kick yourself if you sell for a loss.

Ram Potti departed from the company and selling most of his shares, and I believe Carter Ward sold a few. Others may disagree with my opinion that the insider selling was basically due to the threat and unknown ramifications of the "Fiscal Cliff" and 2012 as the last year to pay lower capital gains taxes. Others may say if the company is expected to be profitable in the future, then there would be no insentive for insiders to sell. Not sure if those insiders are still with EPIC. Just speculation here, the sell offs may coincided with Potti's departure. I wonder if this was a planned departure as Potti and other EPIC insiders go to work for another organization. For instance, Elite's current management is comprised of former EPIC management, which are close associates. Cheers!
