Ram Potti as continuing financial administrator of the Epic Investment group must file a Form 4 within 3-5 days of selling any of his Elite shares.

He has personal reasons for withdrawing from the ELTP BOD thereby lessening his overly high work load. He is financial and has zero technical input into Elite's manufacturing or R&D operation.
