Why hasn't company released news? merger update?
Monday is a holiday, wouldn't want the news on a friday
would probably be rotten ...so we are left with next tues.?
can they get the vote done on barely a weeks notice?

I honestly do not believe our votes will matter at this point. The system is corrupt and the powers that be will get what they want. IMHO
