If the shares were added to the float, they are already out of ACYD's possession. If ACYD had those shares, they would not be part of the float and the outstanding shares would have changed.
They more than likely were restricted shares coming unrestricted, some type of conversion, or one of the directors sold some shares. We know no new share were issued since the outstanding shares stayed the same, but the float changed.
The O/S is still 277 million, right?
