No, that will never happen. It won't even get back to the Pink Sheets - no market maker will touch any SEC-suspended stock, let alone one which promised a dividend and then failed to pay it.

In common with all the other SEC-suspended stocks in the past two years, SRGE has been consigned to the grey market in perpetuity.

Really? What makes you think that this stock will be the first out of 1,200 stocks in three years to accomplish this feat? It's not going to happen.
