While I believe iHub can take some action, without proof of malfeasance, restricting posters for other than clear TOS violations would be infringing on their 1st Ammendment rights.


iHub can do whatever they choose. They wrote the TOS you are referring to and have changed it many times over the years to benefit ______.

The First Amendment to the Constitution of The United States limits what the (U.S.) Federal Government can do regarding (U.S.) citizens, not global internet message boards created by private persons.


"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."



The phrase "caveat emptor" is older than all of us - as well as the document above - for a reason.
