Who did they receive "a check" from? Pacific Transfer (woman's name was Malou in Corporate Actions) specifically told me that Southridge informed them that they were postponing the dividend and therefore that is why they had not funded the dividend. So, if Southridge themselves told THEIR TA that they were not funding the dividend, exactly who sent "a check" to your broker?
