CGFI is still a speculative play and most stocks go up on speculation. Until they meet the Permit conditions, Financing will be held. Any large PPS movement will wait for the Financing to go through. I'm very confident that they have financing all set up and ready to go when the conditions of the permit are met.

I will be adding because I feel they will meet the permit conditions and execute their business plan of Mill Reactivation and Mining of their properties. I feel 2013 is the year for all to happen. Ducks are in a row.
