I'm at a loss for words as to where to begin with this post.
First of all, that's all you have is a signature. WHAT is the document that was signed? Nobody knows since it's not released to the public, now is it?
How can a portion of a document "leaked" to certain people be construed as factual evidence? Please do explain that.
Now, how were YOU able to confirm this? Do you have an email from Martin in some form that states that WAS his signature and that it was indeed a JV agreement? Just because he had some emails sent back and forth means nothing when it's an "Explorer" trying to contact you and not the CEO or COO.
Maybe you are referring to your 1st dividend and not the second one? The first one was paid. The 2nd dividend was NOT paid for. Thus why it's being retracted from EVERYONE'S accounts. The TA has confirmed the company called them and postponed it.
Because of that action, when the brokers request payment the TA will inform them the company has "postponed" the dividend. At that point the brokers will NOT front the company the money, plain and simple and will retract the money from your account or send you a margin call to pay it back.
All of this has been confirmed and all you have to do is call the TA to confirm it.
