I can't argue that point, as I think those in charge of every gov't are 90% evil incarnate. Power always corrupts, if it is being a king of your own harem, or a President of 300 million. That is why ANY move that might lead to disarming the American public cannot be allowed to happen. Once the target is deemed "easy," death comes quickly.
