I have a much broader perspective and history with the players and company than most. I clearly present a case why there is a leadership issues and have done so consistently for over a year. As for voting you can either agree or abstain. No options for against.
Yes I was bullish on EXS but things have changed. given you are new let me share with you my ....
IN XS Top 10 Things that have changed at EXS
1. Leeks by management that sent misleading information to the market.
2. Insider selling prior to sub par NR
3. Failure to find the hinge point after 2 years of drilling and millions of dollars spent.
4. The resignation of the only board member who owned stock and who held credibility in the light of a major coming in.
5. Failure to negotiate an agreement with a major.
6. No results at KC, EL PG 101.
7. A poor share structure.
8. 90% drop in stock price.
9. 100's of corporate presentations that have failed to bring in a significant institutional investor
10. 2 News letter writers that have highly touted the company and have since dropped coverage.
Who is we ?? We as in me (being you) or we as in a group of mental coaches ? If you meant we as in the other shareholders.......I wasn't informed in the matter.
BTW shouldn't all share holders be equally informed ??
