A lot that makes perfect sense in that post.
One thing I question however is in

So yes, we have the right to complain. We probably have very little legal recourse or any power to force them to do anything but we absolutely have the right to be upset and let them know it.

as I wonder whether they actually could prove some of the PR'd statements of what had been completed. If not, there would be recourse, not that it would do any good. But then, I guess that is what the AMF and/or SEC is supposedly looking into isn't it now?

i see your point-its very well put.
but people are gonna complain eitherway. we may get the results and people will complain. we may get more drawings, pics and a video and people will find something to complain about. PPS will be effected softly; people complain. PPS gets effected sharply and people complain about not having a position or warn of a pump and complain some ore about dilution. we can keep on complaining but its obvious their is no easy way of satisifying everyone....though it is clear there is "something" going on with the company "attempting" to get something done.

So at this point, and this may go for everyone:
Why bother asking the same questions over and over? The only answer at this point is in the (maybe a stretch) upcoming results whenever that ....wait is over?lol!.

I think in theory(in a galaxy far far away): They are just trying to tie it all together into a big package. Preliminary and 3rd party results. Video and pics. Moving to a final engineer "phase" (that word leaves a bad taste now don't it?lol) PR with a possible 90day-production initiation as stated in a previous PR.
But who knows......if you're in, pray, dig in and wait. If you're on the sidelines, hope you weren't wrong and laugh at everyone else hen you're right. See you on the otherside GLTA
