I think this latest news with rimm and sony is moving us in the right direction and giving people the thought that nokia is dead, buried with the ban coming is frankly a bit irresponsible.

Hey Doc, correct me if I'm wrong......but didn't Nokia admit (about 5-6 years ago) that they know they owe IDCC lots of $$$, but are disputing the amount IDCC is asking for? In other words, they owe us but the amount is yet to be determined!

My WAG is somewhere between $500M and $1B.
