The SEC finalized revocation for CMKX and SGGM late Friday. Their tickers were deleted system-wide before open of trading on Tuesday. If you want to continue following the story, add ETGMF to your watchlist. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4518
Urbie is trying to sell a bunch of mining claims to ETGMF in exchange for stock. He then plans to provide a liquidating distribution of that stock plus the remaining assets to CMKX shareholders. According to info I received from an accountant, it's not legal to liquidate a company which doesn't have current books. Who knows whether someone will step in to stop the sequel to CMKX.
That is a cusip #, same thing happened with CALI last week. They began trading under a new ticker symbol SVXP, for a period of three days electronic brokerage houses use the cusip # to identify the stock until the changeover is made. I would expect we will see a new symbol (e.g. - ETGMF or other) in a couple of days possibly accompanied by an exchanged share amount i.e. the 1 for 71 that has been discussed. JMO
