I agree. The only thing Libigel is going to give the shareholder any value is if they use it when they bend us over.
One of the things that still sticks in my mind is people on the BOD are holding shares in the 14 dollar range after the last split. Why would they take it along with us. Some of those guys hold quite a few shares.
Good Luck

Libigel is a success but Simes wants to spin if off. That's too bad for shareholders. The only problem of Libigel is placebo, which can be fixed.
Vote no to the merger. I want to see Libigel filing NDA and Teva launching T-gel. Simes delay filing Libigel NDA and Teva delay launching T-gel, are they playing us? If we vote NO to the merger, will they keep draging down BPAX by burning its cash?
Oh, no, we are traped, fxxk Sxms.

Spunky, well put!!! You don't mention RS, this is what gets me the most. I don't care if we get sold to Home Depot on good terms!!!!! but self injected dilution? People spin it like it would be some kind of "wheel of fortune" but it is not. The only fairly positive RS happened to ROSG, other then that I can't think about other positive example.
