Yes, and that is why for me I want to see/hear that this is not some fully paid-up or partially-paid up license. I want to see that there will be recurring royalty revenue, preferably per-unit although I can live with a fixed amount as long as there are provisions for adjustment should the need arise.

While post-Apple we all have cause to doubt management, the press release says the license is for Sony product, not the joint venture
