shouldn't there be some sort of court record in this class action demonstrating the financial viability and on-going business that APWR has? here we have judgement against what, a company that the bashers claim does not exist? anyone that has any ability to research the legal transcripts of this class action is asked to please provide any evidence/notations of the approximate viability of APWR. by now we should all be well beyond questioning the on-going business viability of APWR. the mere fact that APWR mgt agreed to participate in the USA court case indicates they care about the future of APWR. APWR is the "investment entity" wherein they plan to expand globally and garner global investments. were this not still the case, APWR would have already bought in the stock and gone private. i do wish they would reveal/PR the UN-Audited financial statements for 2010 and 2011 and just let the free market determine the fair value of the stock. the US SEC and the China gov't simply cannot agree on how to comply with SOX and PCAOB.
that said, it is dark before the dawn, so hang in there longs.
