"Lead Plaintiff believes that it would be difficult or impossible to collect any judgment it might obtain against Defendants. Defendant A-Power is located in China, a majority of the Individual Defendants reside in China, and it is Lead Counsel’s understanding that A-Power has substantially all of its assets in China and virtually no assets in the U.S. that could be seized to satisfy a judgment. Therefore, any judgment would have to be enforced in China, but it would be essentially impossible to do so.
