Right .. except the bid has increased since 0.011 lows. So your statement is patently false.

Like all Chapter 11 cases , as compared to just trading pennies, the was a wealth of information available to anyone who wanted to confirm this 363 sale had no value to current shareholders.

That's the beauty of 'Q' stocks....almost all information has to be made public through the court system. Even the APA was published months ago.

And as far back as Dec 14 it was well known there was no value here and approved by the court.

Even the $200mm infusion was misrepresented as going to FPFCQ...when in reality here is a quote....

As per the terms of an Asset Purchase Agreement, Talmer agreed to buy the stock of First Place Bank for $45 million. Besides, Talmer is expected to provide above $200 million in capital to First Place Bank to satisfy regulatory capital requirements, strengthen the Bank's capital structure, and support lending activity.

A Holding Corporation such as FPFCQ does not have a capital requirements and lending activity....lol.....that would be what a BANK does.

And as a kicker, although they are under no obligation to the court, Talmer issued their own email to be forwarded regarding any questions about this transaction.

Official Email issued by Talmer to be read for inquiries about FPFCQ shareholders.

Any shareholder can call and verify as I just did.

Talmer Bank and Trust bought First Place Bank not First Place Financial Corporation.
