Should be illegal and the SEC needs to adopt new policies so both the (start up) company and small investor can attain some confidence as well as success.

The company, in this case Firemans needs to do more to shore up investor confidence, release the gag, reduce shares or better yet BUY THEIR OWN STOCK!!!
