AAMRQ attorney issues a letter to SEC stating equity may recieve value, because of significant apprecition of company value, then cancel shares? I do not see that happening! That would be indicative of fraud, on the basis of a pump and dump. Keep in mind this is AMR's attorney Harvey Miller,to Brian Masumoto, a Justice Department attorney in the Office of the U.S. Trustee!!!
