Snup, Agree with most what you say, except RS ratio, they say in S4
1:4 will put PPS @$6???????

Some shorts could retire with playing BPAX.
New RS can provide them with another opportunity to make more$$$?
To bad that CVR's aint attached to stock that would put a lot of pressure on shorts.
I still believe BPAX is working on superior deal :0) and shorts will be caught with pants down
