Here's something concrete for you to carp on; Michael Metter, of SPNG fame, got off on the DOJ charges with a $100.00 fine and 5 years probation. This for defrauding investors out of $100,000,000.00 to $250,000,000.00.

Of course, the SEC has gotten him for ill-gotten gains + fines.

The DOJ really, really goofed up this one.
