So when did we get a chance to vote on changes at the company, when did we make a collective decision to not stay current with the SEC or NVSOS, when did we make a decision not to keep the investors informed?

The blame is SOLELY with management and if you think any other way, well would you like to invest in my South African Diamond mine?

There is 0 Defense for this company or management. If anything, shareholders should be forming a bond/group/class action against these scam artists!

I'm with you. I just wish I didn't have to sleep with one eye open. My wife is really upset right now but until the fat lady is singing I won't throw in the towel just yet.
