Has this merger deal been finalized?

As far as i know, ANIP has to show themselves at some time in the merger doc's ......This will now be Public infomration. THey do own 90% of ANI ,,,,,has anyone really sat back and wondered why the name has been withheld ?

And there is more material information that has to be provided , One being a "COMPLETE VALUE OF BPAX PORTFOLIO" Yes including Libi, BTG, Pill Plus, And Elestrin......

To my knowledge , we have not received that either.

IMO they will announce who owns 90% of ANI prior to merger. JMHO
