You may not have lost anything if in fact, Fraud is established. However, your broker may just say you did not have any shares and could have wiped out your shares.....It will get interesting very quickly.........maybe even sooner than expected.....

I don't think that at the present there is anything you can do about it. But your broker should have sent you the release forms...
