Phil....I use a lot of soy sauce too...especially when I make gravy. It not only flavors it but gives it the dark color I prefer.

I'm using more Oriental sauces since I became friends with a neighbour who was born in Thailand. She's an excellent cook and gardener....as a matter of fact, I think she's a better gardener than I am.

She blushes every time I tell her that. LOL

Oyster sauce is great. Try stir frying green beans in it.
