spoke to Evan Friday, he was pissed you guys called the SEC for not filing for 2 years, he spoke the SEC and was told that, they would have let them slide till quarter 1 2013, but since there were so many inquiries they decided to do it now,
he said he is losing lots of paper also, and does not know what he is going to do.
